Delivering Brand-Aligned Video Content Under Tight Timelines and Dynamic Client Needs
Partnering with Amazon’s Alexa Smart Properties team, I project-managed the production of a dynamic hospitality feature highlighting the vibrant Circa Casino in Las Vegas and Alexa’s seamless integration into the guest experience. From pre-production through final delivery, I led comprehensive planning efforts — securing permits, coordinating location approvals, preparing production equipment, and ensuring on-site readiness. Throughout the project, I navigated challenges related to delayed client feedback by proactively adjusting internal workflows and maintaining flexible review cycles, ensuring we stayed on track to meet all deadlines.
During post-production, I worked closely with the Head of Post-Production to oversee editing workflows, align deliverables with creative and brand standards, and finalize both the full-length feature and a condensed social media cutdown for broader brand promotion. The project was successfully delivered on schedule, meeting all internal and external content needs.
